we are not animals, we are human beings just like you, and just like you we have brains installed in our heads. the yelling, the shouting, the screaming, for no apparent reasons - not necessary. you're the boss, you feel superior, we get it, you're the king of your little kingdom, we get it, but i gotta tell you this - that's not how a mature sane professional leader should act; with no respect for other people, humiliating people just to show your superiority, throwing false accusations without prior inquiries, inconsiderate, rude,and mean.. no matter how brilliant or how superbly awesome or how great or how spectacular you are, without good manners, you are nobody.
